Drexler Imagines the Future.

Eric Drexler was the first to envision the thought of engineering atoms and molecules. For example, nano-scaled motors can be manufactured that could theoretically work like regular-sized motors. These small engines would be held together by its own personal bonds. These little machines could be used to rearrange any atom to any shape. According to Drexler, “...coal can modify into diamond and laptop or computer chips can be created from sand”.
